The villa is designed so that the rooms on both floors offer a balcony or terrace with panoramic stunning sea-views, including views across the island of Karga and the Akrotiri Peninsula from the north side, as well as views to the snow-capped White Mountains and to the valley that lies between Almyrida and Gavalohori from the south side. You can enjoy a leisurely meal on your terrace, while drinking in the views, or opt for one of Almyrida`s fine restaurants close by.

The detached villa is set amongst olive and almond groves on a large plot of land with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool and a large private and secure car parking area, giving the entire property an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion. However, this luxurious villa is only a few hundred meters away from the lively town of Almyrida and its popular sandy beaches.

The cosmopolitan resort of Almyrida is a very popular destination, with all the amenities and facilities you require, including hotels, bars, cafes, restaurants; traditional tavernas, ATMs, mini-markets and gift shops. The Villa Calypso`s terraces, balconies, and pool area offer lots of choices for sunbathing; dining and seating areas. Currently the owners are also enhancing the landscaping of the villa by planting an organic fruit and vegetable garden for their guests` use. Other amenities include a large stone built barbeque, a playground and a small outdoor games room in the basement with a table tennis.

The interior of the villa is well-designed in traditional Cretan style, with custom made cabinetry and comfortable furnishings. The villa is fully furnished and equipped and provides all modern amenities including WiFi internet; SAT-TV, DVD/ CD players, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It has A/C throughout for climate controlled comfort.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on each floor), with a large kitchen and living area and can accommodate up to eight people.
